We then begin to make hundreds of phone calls on your behalf to find just the right fit. Once we have selected the potential contenders, we then diligently interview and pre-screen to identify the best fit.
When you are presented potential candidates, they have been vetted by our vigorous interview process and reference check. When our candidates attend their interviews, they arrive with a strong knowledge about your company’s products and achievements.
Once you have made your choice, we work with you and the candidate to negotiate the best situation for everyone involved. Even after our candidate is hired, we continue working for you! We maintain communication with you to ensure our candidate and your new employee is living up to your expectations.
